Undefeated and NABF #1 rated Raul Martinez took home the previously vacant NABF 115# belt with an impressive first round stoppage of highly regarded Victor Proa.  Martinez landed a vicious right hand early in the fight which sent Proa back along the ropes.  After Martinaz followed up with several more solid punches, which were unanswered by Proa, referee Gary Rosato stopped the match at 1:08 of the initial round.
