Dallas, Texas (Chase Tower Rotunda)

NABF light heavyweight champ Chris Henry, Orange, TX made a sucessful defense of his NABF title in a voluntary/optional defense against tough Corey Cummings of Baltimore, MD, retaining his belt on an unanimous decision.

Judges:  Don "Cowboy" Griffin, Jesse Reyes, Oren Shellenberger

Supervisor:  Claude Jackson

Promoter:  Steve Crosson and Dallas Petroleum Club.

Although Henry pitched a near shutout on the judges' cards, there was lots of action in this bout with the attendees at this private party event cheering - seemingly evenly for both men - from the start to finish.
