Where not specifically indicated, any changes are the result of the shown movements for each division. 
If a division is not listed below, there were no changes in the top ten ratings positions this month.

HW:  Thompson and Harris leave due to being scheduled for an IBF eliminatory fight, formerly rated Gavern comes back at 10 after a comeback win following being sidelined due to injury.
CR:  Coyne leaves, fighting for WBA title in June.  Godfrey and Flores in - Godfrey our former champion now resuming activity, general consensus of Committee members is that Flores is more deserving of this rating position than other boxers rated in March.
LH:  Johnson leaves due to inactivity
SM: Johnson leaves after loss; Davis enters ratings as the result of win over Johnson.
MW:  Kirkland drops as the result of loss, Ouma leaving due to challenging for another organization’s world title.
SW: Former MW champion Guerrero drops to this division enter at 1.  Rosales leaves after loss in WBA eliminator bout
WW:  Chambers drops to SL division; Jones leaves as he is fighting for vacant USBA belt.
SL:  Chambers comes in at 9 from WW division; Bracero rated 10 as result of win.
LW:  Williams up in ratings after winning WBC Continental Americas championship.
SF:  Honorio removed from ratings after loss; Lacierva leaving due to win in championship eliminatory bout for another organization.
FW:  Beltran drops after loss to Lacierva in bout referenced in SF division.  Maas leaves after DQ loss.  Marroquin lowered due to loss, Leal comes in after defeating Marroquin.
SB:  Caro and Kennedy up due to wins.  Moore now rated after moving to New York and establishing residence. 
BW:  Cuadras moves to this division from SFLY. 
SFLY:  Cuadras moves up to BW division.
FLY:  no changes
LFLY:  no changes
STRAW:  Fuentes departs following loss to world rated 1 Juan Hernandez.
