Changes in top ten ratings positions, by division
February 2010 ratings


HW)   Former 9 Scott leaves for inactivity.  New entrants in top ten are
formerly high rated Jason Estrada, back after loss for another organization's world title, and veteran Fres Oquendo who shows a win since the last ratings.

CR)    Ehikamenor and Cora leave for inactivity.  New entry at 4 is Vasily Jirov, former world champion now on the comeback trail.

LH)    George drops 2 to 5 for inactivity, Vargas leaves for inactivity.

SM)    Green leaves as he is challenging for WBA title.  Brinkley back in after win and clarification as to his status with the IBF challenger's position.   Jacobs, previous 2, drops to MW as per his manager's request.  New entrant at 8 is Don George who is on a run of wins and moves up from 12.

MW)   New Champion is Peter Manfredo, Jr., 3 last month.   Now occupying Manfredo's former position is Jacobs, previously rated 2 at SM.   Lyell leaves after losing for another organization's world title...will be reassessed next month.  Siaca leaves as he is challenging for a minor world title in another weight classification.   New entrant at 10 is Quillin, back with a win after a period of inactivity.

SW)   Brewer drops after loss.  Entering into top ten is Lara who defeated Brewer.

WW)  DeCarie leaves, is challenging for WBA Interim world title.

SL)    former world champion Ngoudjo comes into the ratings at 9 after his comeback win. 

LW)    new champion in this division is Brandon Rios.  Former champ Honorio drops to SF division.  Coming in at 2 in Antillon with a win since the last ratings list.  Teron drops from 4 to 9 after losing to Rios.  Bey, Jr. moves to the SF division as per request of his promoter.

SF)     Honorio, former LW champion is now 1 in this division.   Rosales leaves after loss.  Harris leaves after loss.  New entrant at 9 is veteran world title challenger Rocky Juarez.  New at 10 is Marquez, 14 in January, who shows a win since the last ratings.

FW)   New at 4 is Lizardo Moreno showing a win since the last ratings list.

SB)    Title is vacant in this division due to Fonseca failing to defend within the required time.  No changes in top ten ratings.

BW)   Nieves drops due to loss, Mares leaves as is challenging for another organization's world title. 

SFLY)  Gaspar and Ruiz move up as the result of wins. 

FLY)   no changes in top ten positions.

LF)    Garcia Hirales up to 3 after capturing WBC International title.  Esquer drops after a loss.

ST)   new at 4 is Vasquez former rated at LF.
