HW: Austin, up to 4 from 5, win since last ratings.
 Stiverne new in top ten with wins in December and February
 Other moves are the result of these changes.

CR: Ross, Ehikamenor, and Nakash all move up as the result of wins.
 Braithwaite down due to inactivity.
 Other moves are the result of these changes.

LH: Prior 2 Mack is new champion in this division.
 Former champion Henry now rated 1.
 Former 8 Walters leaves due to stoppage loss.
 Former 10 Handy drops due to inactivity.
 New entrants are Mitchell and Karpancy, both with wins since last ratings.
 Other moves are the result of these changes.

SM: Former 1 Ward is new champion in this division.
 Prior 6 Zuniga leaves, challenging for IBF world title in March.
 Other moves are the result of these changes.

MW: Previous 2 Simon and 6 Lorenzo leave, challenging for other organization's
  world title or eliminator, respectively.
 New at 5 is Miguel Espino, WBC Caribbean champion with record of 19-2, who
  is challenging for our title in March.
 Previous 9 Onolunose drops due to inactivity.
 Other changes are the result of these moves.

SW: Angulo up from 3 to 2 with win since last ratings list.
 Albert up from 7 to 6 as result of recent win.
 New at 7 is Sechew Powell, record of 25-2, showing win in January.
 Other changes are the result of these moves.

WW: Prior 4 DeCarie and 3 Rodriguez swap places due to Rodriguez's inactivity.
 Other changes are the result of this move.

SL: Former 5 Cherry moves to lightweight.
 Previous 8 Santana lowered de to inactivity
 Other moves are resulting from these changes.

LW: Former rates SL Cherry now 4 in this classification.
 Prior 7 Reyes out due to 2 losses in a row.
 Previous 10 Huerta out resulting from loss to rated SL Alvarado.
 Other changes are the result of these moves.

SF: Salgado up from 9 to 7 resulting from inactivity of previous 7 Jimenez.
 New at 9 is John Molina, record 15-0 and new at 10 is John Jackson, record
     of 14-1; both showing wins since last ratings list.
 Other changes are the result of these moves.

FW: Borquez drops from 6 to 8, inactivity.
 New at 10 is Carlos Rivera, record of 15-3...4 wins in 2008 and 1 in this year to date.
 Other changes are the result of these moves.

SB: No changes

BW: 2 Morel out, challenging for another organization's world title in March.
 Bernaza drops from 9 to 10, over all record is spotty.  Will be reassessed for
  next month's ratings list
 Other changes are the result of these moves.

SFLY: 10 Jimenez moves down to flyweight.
 Other moves are the result of this change.

FLY: 4 Keb Baas down to 6, inactivity.
 New at 10 is former rates SFLY Jimenez.
 Other moves are resulting from these changes.

LFLY: No changes

STRAW: Former 8 Silvestre up to 7 following win.
 Other movements are result of this change.
