The NABF fight of the month for July, 2010 is Fernando Guerrero winning by unanimous decision, in a highly competitive fight, over Ishe "Sugar Shay" Smith to become our new middleweight champion. Both men fought hard from start to finish with Guerrero seemingly just a tad quicker and able to withstand Smith's rib rattling body attack to bring home the belt. Televised from the DeSoto Civic Center in Southhaven, Mississippi (just across the river from Memphis), the Prize Fight Promotions show was televised as the main event on the July 16th Sho-Box show on the Showtime network. Congratulations to both boxers for an entertaining fight.
