CONVENTION

Response to the 2010 Convention has been extremely positive to date. Thanks to the lovely Julie Lederman we are now advertised on Face book. It behooves the members to make their airline reservations early to get the lowest priced airfares.

Please remember our friend NICK CHARLES in your prayers. Nick the personable SHOBOX commentator is battling bladder cancer at this time. I spoke to Nick after the NewYear and he is in great spirits and looks forward to an early return to the airwaves.

Looking for active boxers? We’ve got them! NABF Champions Saul Alvarez, (Welterweight) and Wilbert Uicab (Flyweight) both won titles in January 2009, and each has made four (4) title defenses before the year ended. BRAVO
